am in usa.I want to invest in india in proerty .How do i get loan from usa banks for investment in indian prperty.Or is there any venture capital would like to invest in india?What are legal and physical aspect?India has huge potential for growth.I need some sort of alliance here .In usa there are 2.5 millian indians.Almost everyone would be interested in investment in india.But they do not know how to get finance in usa nad hold property in india.Does us treasury department allow such investment by us bank?Or any private institution who would be interested ?I do have expeience in developing propert in india for over 14 years.

If you want to do the loan in the USA, it has to be a signature loan. That means a loan done on the basis of your credit only, and not on collateral. You probably already know that.
Dual citizenship will not help you.
It is expressly illegal for any bank or any private investor in the United States to give a loan based on collateral physically located on another country's soil.
Most other non-third world countries have similar real property laws related to their legitimate banking transactions and activities.

Relocating back the the USA - financing for house?

Hi Everyone -

After a 6 year expat assignment, I will be relocating back to the USA (hurray!!!) in December 2007.
The main problem I'm facing is that I will have no credit history in the US and I think it will be difficult to secure a loan from a bank to get a house and car.
Currently, I have no debt and after paying for the move back to the US I will have no additional cash to speak of.
I could sure use some advice from anyone who has done this before, or from anyone working in banking/finance who can give some pointers about what I can do.

Looking forward to being back in the US. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.

You may be able to use alternative credit. Most lenders will know ahat you're talking about if you ask about it.

My father Is ill with heat disease. He has five blocks. We know it from angiogram report. He needs to get admitted in Cardiac hospital immediately for operation. As we are poor, We can not give him proper treatment. So please advice-How can I apply the Merchants of USA or other countries to help us with finance so that we can provide better treatment to our parents.

Second What exactly is it that you are asking for? Merchants of USA ???? What is that???

Third Being poor isn't the problem ALL hospitals MUST treat patients NO MATTER WHAT THEIR INCOME IS! If it is important to your family to get him the medical assistance/care he needs, then MONEY isn't the problem.
