I want to know in the state of Idaho if Payday loans fall under the same collection laws as a collection agncy?

Go to where you bank and discuss a payday loan loan with them. In emergencies, sometimes the bank is more understanding than you might think they are.
Sometimes the Salvation Army will pull through as well,if you have one in your area.
Take time to look into your community for support, but some people don't have all the options that come with an understanding community. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Payday-Loan.html

I have $6000 in student loans. I work for the state of Idaho now, is there a program that would pay off loans?

I know for a fact if you are a federal employee, that government will give you $10,000 to help with your student loans. I do not think that applies to the state. But there might be programs similiar to it, contact the Human Resources, and find out about it.

I have an FHA loan in Idaho, and am renting out one of the rooms to a friend. Is this legal?

The information on their website is a little confusing. Anyone know? They didn't tell me anything about it when I first got the loan, they just said that it had to be my primary residence.
Thanks
Yep.
What they are trying to avoid is to have someone use a FHA loan to finance a rental property. Since you are still living there, and it is your primary residence, and you haven't turned the basement into an illegal apartment, then having a paid roommate is OK.
